Brilliant gems was founded in 1990 by Thomas Benotic. The primary foundation of the business was the sourcing of gemstones and fossils from around the world for sales to the public. Since the businesses inception we have changed and merged into other areas such as gemstone beads. We now design over 3000 different necklaces, bracelets and earrings made from various gemstones and crystals.

We also custom make necklaces, earrings and bracelets on order to your specifications in our retail kiosks as well as repair your own items at a fee. The majority of the items you see displayed on our website are custom made at our central coast NSW workshop. All repairs and custom made jewelry we sell to you comes with a 12 month warranty. We also import a large range of crystals from locations like Brazil, India, USA and China.

We specialise in everything from inexpensive tumbled stones to rare mineral specimens. Our extensive travels and sourcing give us the ability to provide almost any type of fossil and crystal that a customer could be looking for

Since 1998 we have developed a series portable kiosks which we move throughout shows and shopping centres which allows our customers to come and see and personally choose items from our many locations. There is nothing like seeing our display which is probably the best stocked gemstone and fossils display anywhere in the world for the size.
